We immediately begin processing your order. Most items ship within 2-5 business days, and standard transit times typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

At this time, Patio Haven Direct ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

We are committed to making delivery as smooth and convenient as possible. Shipping services vary by product and manufacturer, but here are the main options available:
✔ Free Curbside Delivery (Most Common)
Our standard curbside delivery is free on most orders. Your item will be delivered to the curb or the end of your driveway. Typical delivery time after shipment is 5–7 business days.
✔ Threshold Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
Your item is delivered to your porch, garage, or a sheltered entryway. This provides added protection from weather and theft. Contact us before ordering to check availability.
✔ White Glove Delivery (Premium Upgrade)
For maximum convenience, this service includes:

Delivery to your room of choice

Light assembly

Removal of all packaging and debris
Please note:
White Glove Delivery does not include sauna assembly or installation of any built-in equipment.
