Shipping Overview
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states through trusted freight and parcel carriers. Shipping methods and delivery options are automatically selected at checkout based on your order size and destination. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us for availability.
Delivery Methods
Standard Freight (Free)
Large items ship on a pallet via LTL freight (similar to large furniture delivery). Placement is typically at the end or base of the driveway. An adult signature is usually required. Setup, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.
Parcel Shipping (Free)
Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. When possible, smaller items ordered with palletized products may ship together.
Threshold / Inside Property Upgrade
Available at checkout. The carrier crosses the property line and places the pallet just inside the first dry area (garage or covered porch). No setup, assembly, or debris removal included.
Hard-to-Reach Locations
Freight carriers use large trucks and determine accessibility at delivery. Narrow streets, dead ends, steep driveways, or tight access areas may require alternate service or incur additional charges. Any required fees will be communicated prior to delivery.
Tip: If access may be challenging, we recommend selecting the Threshold Upgrade.
Delivery Appointments & Signatures
Most freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment and adult signature. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery or storage fees. To avoid return shipping, shipments may be released without a signature when necessary.
Address Changes & Holds
Carrier fees for address changes or re-routing after shipment are the customer’s responsibility. Pallets held beyond standard courtesy periods may incur storage fees.
Liftgate & Forklift Requirements
Most large items include liftgate service. Some products require forklift unloading instead. Please ensure proper access to equipment if forklift service is required.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 2-10 business days after production is complete. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Warnings & Maintenance
Iron Oxide Residue
Before a fire pit finished in Iron Oxide Patina naturally matures into a dark mahogany after the first fire, be aware that some of the finish can rub off onto the surface on which the pit is placed.
During the maturing process, keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures.
Allow the piece to mature with each fire.
Burner Protection (Gas Pits)
Do not let water get into the gas burner components; this can cause dangerous pressure. If you think there is water in the burner components, call a licensed technician for inspection prior to use.
Do Not Tarp Your Fire Pit
A tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases, the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel.
